This is our class (Room 20) at 'Garden To Table'. It's something we do every 2nd Thursday. There are          two groups: Green group, and Orange group. We swap groups, so one group cooks, and the other      group gardens.
Pride and prejudice
Based on the classic by Jane Austen
Retold by Lukas Maher

“Lydia, do stop coughing. And Jane! Oh Jane, you look beautiful. It is very important tonight!” Mrs. Bennet cooed
“Why do you ALWAYS talk about no-one else other than Jane? All our girls are quite silly. Although Lizzy is not as silly as rest.” argued Mr. Bennet. “Oh you do love to play with my nerves!”sighed Mrs. Bennet. “On the contrary, I have known your ‘nerves’ for twenty years. They’re one of greatest friends” Mr. Bennet said. But before Mrs. Bennet could argue, the carrige came to a hault. They had arrived at the dance. All nine family-members stepped out into the cold night air. Inside, it was loud with chatter. Everyone who wasn’t talking, were dancing, eating or drinking. Just then, a sound of a trumpet pierced the air. Door-men swiftly opened the grand double-doors, and two important looking men strided in.
“That is Mr. Bingley, owner of Netherfield Hall. Six thousand franks a year!” Mrs. Bennet whispered to her friend Charllotte Lucas. “Ooo! Ooo and here comes his friend, Mr. Darcy. Owner of Pemberly Hall. Nine thousand franks a year!”cried Mrs. Bennet.

My Grandparents

Grandma always use to order Dave (her partner) around.
“Cook me lunch NOW! And hurry up!”
Mama used to tell me that “It isn’t right to order people around like that, O.K?”after we visited.
The other main thing about Grandma, is that she was very stubborn. She  always had it HER way and NO-ONE ELSE’s!

Even though Grandma was bossy, she was quite proctive of me. For example: She cared about what shows I was in, she always asked how school was. Though she sometimes orded me to hug me. (I kind of regret not doing it.) Anyway.
On the other other hand, Grandad was quite the opposite. He was a little deaf. I had less time with Grandad because: A, he was deaf and B, he died earlier than Grandma.
Sadly, both of my Grandparents are dead now. My Grandma died of breast-  cancer at about sixty-nine, and my Grandad died of stomach-cancer at about seventy-nine, (a year apart from Grandma).

Evita

                                              EVITA

I am in pop-opera called Evita. The Auckland Music Theatre is putting it on. I'm in the children's-chorus.

It is @ the Bruce-Mason theatre on the North-Shore. I have a solo. I sing to Evita when she's praying.
